The best therapists & healers are trying to GET RID OF YOU!

A good therapist is focused on relieving symptoms as quickly as possible and equipping you with tools and education so you can better manage and eventually clear most of the issue yourself. They are essentially empowering you so you don’t become dependent on anyone else or get stuck in a (broken) healthcare system.

A not so good therapist encourages you to become increasingly dependent on them for relief and equips you with no tools or education for your own self-empowerment. In this way you become increasingly helpless, stuck in the (broken) healthcare system and a true victim to the disease.

Therefore, if your therapist/healer is trying to get rid of you by encouraging you to stand on your own two feet - it’s a good sign 🙂
