Being able to memorize information and accumulate facts is not a high form of intelligence... Helpful sometimes, yes, yet highly overemphasized in our culture.

Being able to adapt to the environment, communicate one's experience clearly, drop any beliefs or ideas that no longer serve as true, accurately sense other people's emotional and psychological states and knowing when to "do" and "not do" is a very high form of intelligence - it's called intuition (or "emotional intelligence").

We are increasingly moving out of the information age and moving into the intuition age.

The leaders of the future will lead with intuition and be able to connect with clarity through the heart, in real time, with their employees and their community.
