  What makes for happy employees? EventBoard, a developer of cloud-based meeting tools and analytics that help maximize workplace productivity, just released results from its inaugural Employee Happiness survey. The survey found that important factors go into workplace happiness:

  • Money can’t buy happiness: Over 40% of survey respondents making $75k+/year are ‘not happy’ in their current job, while 58% making below $75k+ year are “happy or very happy” in their workplace.
  • Tech talks: Over half of respondents had to supplement workplace technologies with their own, and almost 40% noted that they would be motivated to work harder by innovative tech tools
  • Is this meeting over yet? From VPs to interns, meetings that run long are the number one source of workplace conflict
