One of the reasons why I believe everyone should practice self-care is so we can maintain a higher level of motivation throughout our lives.

Why is self-care important? Because our bodies aren't made to sit still all day. If you don't take care of yourself and give yourself some downtime every day, you'll eventually burn out. The benefits of being well-rested and refreshed aren't limited to getting things done faster or being productive. It has a direct impact on your health and overall happiness.
