I can't Still Understand,
Why Flagging is Done,
When All the Bloggers doing same Mistake are not Flagged,
Only Chosen Ones.
If that is the case, Flagging is Done not to teach the person to Blog Correctly,
But from own Personal Revenge Motiv.
