Riches and Happiness Do Not Wait For Us Beyond the Grave
Life is ecstatic and amazing. Sadly, many people disregard their life. They fear living. They languish away. They accept whatever lifestyle they have cultivated, even if it does not make them happy or enrich their being. It's like they just want to die instead of enjoying every second of every breath.
I partly blame religion and statism for inculcating people with this mentality. These vile ideas give rise to death cults --- or the worship of death via metaphysical belief systems and philosophies that emphasize self-sacrifice.
Like Ayn Rand, I believe the promise of riches and happiness does not await beyond the grave. Instead, it lies in the here and now. It is on this plane, and its pulse can be felt every moment of existence. This means people must embrace life with every ounce of vital energy, lest they surrender and grow old without joy, only to regret their lack of courage to live.
My Experience
In my experience, the way to live fully is to accept change ---
to welcome it. Most people fear and resist change. They see any kind of change as bad. Therefore, they revel in their own dilapidation.
I have personally benefited from purposely chasing dangerous things to instigate change and self-growth. I have eaten psychedelic drugs, gotten arrested, played with cryptocurrency markets, spoken at public venues, and scared the status quo with controversial ideas and actions. I have tried to unleash the gauntlet in my own life in order to prosper as a person. I believe I succeeded.
If people do not run headlong into change, they cannot evolve. They cannot grow stronger and better and faster. Sure, some experiences will be painful or fraught with agony --- however, if individuals have the courage to deal with these experiences and learn from them, they will emerge transformed. This is something akin to the metamorphoses of the caterpillar into the butterfly.
One Time
Do not hesitate. This life occurs one time, and one time only. The priests and charlatans will try to convince everyone otherwise, but I know better. This experience is to beautiful and grand to squander just because some nincompoop in a robe or suit made a claim of an afterlife brimming with goodies, gold, and love.
Make sure you enjoy life as it stands, on your own terms --- right now.
