@staticinstance, Yes, in my opinion also the things which are our interests and our passion we have to enjoy it to gain the happiness.
And in my opinion many people are doing what they don't like and in that way they are suppressing themselves.
And whenever we follow our passion then that gives the essence of satisfaction and it can help us to stay in refreshing mode.
So, life is simple if we make it simple by following what we like and life is complex if we follow what we don't like.
