Real Happiness Is Right There Within You

My fellow youths, anyone telling you that building and keeping a healthy and strong relationship  is not vital, is not being honest.  

In relationship, its very vital to be with a partner who has the same dream and aspiration with you.  A partner who is patient enough to deal with your emotional or psychological challenges that might come up. A Partner who is capable of understanding your strengths and weakness and are willing to help you to grow in all ramification. a partner whom you can trust with everything that concerns you. However, in as much as being in a relationship is important, we should know that ITS NOT A MUST TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP!

I believe and preach healthy relationship, however, if you are a single young man or woman who is not yet in any relationship, this write up is reminding you that relationship status has nothing to do with your values. 

As a single young person who is in late 20’s, people  might feel that you are cursed. Singleness is stage of life. Singleness is a stage of life which is characterized by an extreme desire to feel loved and to love. It’s a stage of life, no one wishes to last long. It is a stage  of life in which love life is so empty and illusionary. It is a stage of life were single person wished, they are in a perfect relationship whenever they see those In a relationship. 

It’s a stage in which one envisions how he or she is proposed to and how the  bridal shower will be like. Too excited? You remembered the thought that most of your friends are in a relationship and are getting married and you are the only one left out. You remember that you are not even in a relationship talkless of getting married. “Probably you are cursed you thought” it’s disheartening,it’s frustrating, I know.

“I wished I had a man, a partner who is willing to be there for me, listen to problems, shower me with gifts, go for a date with me and who I could do all the crazy stuffs with”

"I wished I had a woman, who will take care of me like I am her king. Loyal, respectful, hardworking, beautiful and sexy. I wish a had a woman with all the characteristics I mentioned earlier".

But hey, the truth is you are still single, and feeling empty. You felt like you are not complete. You felt that your life is in a mess. Your self esteem depreciated. You feel depressed because you are single. And within you, you thought that relationship would bring the desired happiness to you.

Nay! Real happiness is right there within you. Yes, you create your own happiness. You should not wait to be in a relationship before you can feel or experience happiness. You don’t have to wait for someone to give you happiness, most of the time, relationship doesn’t give the best of happiness. It's very wrong to feel incomplete because you are not in a relationship.

Waiting for the right man or woman does not mean that you are not good enough, it means that you are mature and have standard. It means that you are strong to stand on your own. 

Waiting for the right man or woman means that you re patiently waiting for the right partner who will have the same dream and aspirations with you and are willing to pursue the same goal with you rather than creating happiness for you. 

Always remember that you are amazing, you have that happiness which you are seeking in others in you. Create it. Self love is really important here. Discover yourself, make yourself unique, be patient, be strong and wait for the man or woman you will be blessed with. 

Know this, being in a relationship is never a must. Yes, you heard me right, it’s never a do or die affair to be in a relationship. Don’t get depressed or unhappy because you are single. Embrace yourself, don’t rush into any man or woman just because of pressure to be in a relationship. 

Many are single and they are still living a fulfilled life. 

Be calm and allow God to prepare the right man or woman for you.
