Until now, I have tilted my neck to both sides to make a sound in my bones.
Are there people like me?
This is not the right behavior.
The sound that comes from the neck bone is the sound that comes out of the 'gas' between the joints. The gas itself is harmless, but the ligaments are stretched and the disc comes out.

Repeatedly, the increased ligaments are not shortened again, they continue to stretch and become more and more loosened, and loose necks cause various diseases such as pain and neck discs.
So what should we do instead of making a sound in the neck bone?
According to Chiropractor in America, instead of making a sound in the neck bone, ask us to massage.
I will explain how to massage from now on.

    1. Trapezius muscle massage.

      As shown in the picture, the massage progresses from the front of the neck to the back.
    1. Sternocleidomastoid muscle massage.

      Rub like squeezing the muscles that lead to the oblique line in front of the neck with the thumb and the second finger.

If massage is difficult, let's stretch.

    1. Trapezius muscle stretch.

      First, your neck is leaning toward one side of your collarbone and turning it in the opposite direction. Then one hand holds the head and the other hand holds the shoulder and stretches it.
      Do the same on the other side.
    1. Sternocleidomastoid muscle stretch.

      First, turn the neck diagonally opposite. Then one hand holds the collarbone, and the other hand holds the head and stretches it. You can do as shown. Hold for 10 seconds in this posture.
      Do the same on the other side.
