Don't Take Anything Personally.
Don't Make Assumptions.
Always Do Your Best.
Although the "don't take anything personally" can be a real struggle ;-)
That sounds like a great book! Thanks for the recommendation. And yes, not taking things personally truly is a challenge for most of us. As much as we like to pretend it's not all about us... it's usually all about us.
