How to gain love and respect

Sweetness is very necessary when we are communicating with others. If we are not humble and cordial, then our outward actions and behaviour reflect our inner thoughts and this will affect the way other people shape their attitude about us. If a person dislikes our behaviour, speech and body language, then they will refer to us as displeasing to others and thus our name will be associated with a hatred more than affection and love. Therefore, the sweetness is necessary to establish good relationships with others.

Our words should be chosen such that it gives warmth to other people’s hearts. It should not hurt other people. Even angry lions and tigers can be conquered with love. So, be careful and choose good words to speak. Never be in a hurry to speak what you feel because you might blurt out unpleasant truths which can even bring upon death. There is a saying in Sanskrit that we should speak the truth, we should speak pleasantly but we should never speak out unpleasant truths.

Life is not about asserting yourself always and in all situations. Each day is a challenge and make use of it wisely to speak properly and not with hatred. Hatred does not solve problems and instead creates more. So, remove the hate and start to give respect to others. If we treat other people with respect and love, then they will also respond the same and try to accommodate us. If instead, we try to fight others with cruel words, we will only lose valuable friends faster than ever. Be happy and spread happiness. Be joyful and spread joy. If we get angry, we are spending our energy unnecessarily. Anger also disturbs our body and mind.

So, leave anger behind
Be happy and kind
