Campaigns in Mozambique's Zambazia province will be targeted only for those who do not have access to circumcision.

Last year, under the program, there were 84,000 males in Zambazia. Now this target has been increased.

Governor of the province Abdul Razzaq, who himself is a doctor in the profession, supports this circumcision program. "Men's circumcision helps prevent HIV / AIDS, although it does not cure diseases."

Nobody is being forced to comply. Health workers are just trying to understand that it can help prevent AIDS.

In two steps the cost of the project will cost 728,000 US dollars. Financial aid is being provided from a charity that works in the prevention of AIDS.

In other Mozambique provinces, there is an introduction to the Zambezia exception.

According to the World Health Organization, male circumcision can reduce the risk of HIV transmission by 60%.
