Benefit of fasting

Hello Steemitians,

Fasting is a great tool for a healthy life.

But to gain maximum benefit we recommend to adopt the intermediate fasting, which involves eating only in a certain time period of the day.

A simple way to do this is to not eat 4 hrs after waking up, but re hydrate with lots of water as soon as you get up, and not eat 4hrs before you go to bed. As most people sleep on average 8 hrs, this will give your 16 hr fast. This is the routine I like to do as it is easiest to manage and I find has the most immediate results that you will feel on a daily basis.
