After years of suffering because of health issues, which were exacerbated by having to live hand to mouth.

A life line came through for me recently....

No matter what happens in my business dealings I have enough money to cover all my expenses for the next 2 years.

That being said, because of my breathing problems, I am morbidly obese.

The problem is not food intake (I eat less than most people and definitely healthier).

Receipe 1: (320 cal, 110 mg Sodium, high fiber & Low Fat)
1 teaspoon Mayo Seafood Salad with chopped celery and sweet orange holland peppers and oregano
sitting atop iceberg lettuce leaves on top 2 separate slices of Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread toasted
Topped with homemade salt free dill pickles and sliced crunch firm plum tomato.

It's the fact that I can't really exercise because all exercise I do is anaerobic and literally go into oxygen debt immediately, and my oxygen saturation levels drop to dangerous levels immediately. (80s and upper 70s)

Add to it that I retain water and you can see this is a problem....

As weight comes off though I can get my diaphragm to open up to get more oxygen to my muscles.

So it's a matter of figuring out homo-stasis... WITHOUT DRIVING MYSELF CRAZY, because food is my support group in my lonely life.

And then once those muscles are engaged my body will turn into a machine to burn calories and take care of my fat reserves.

So this morning when I wake up I will be documenting my journey over the next year.
Most meals/recipes, the exercise, my trials and tribulations, support group and anything running around in my head.

All right here, so I'm going to ask for your support to keep me on the straight and narrow!
