1. The perception of the world :


Albert Einstein is among the most talented in human history, who has understood many secrets of this life! he said :

"There are only two ways to live your life. One as if nothing was a miracle. The other as if everything was a miracle. "

The map is not the territory: the idea that you have of a situation is not the situation. On the other hand, your perception of it will influence how you handle this situation. Often, we do not realize how much our perception of the world affects our lives.

2. Hidden intelligence

In NLP, you will not condemn the behavior. You will look behind the behavior, as destructive as it is, what is pursued and what needs to be satisfied.

Afterwards, you will see how you can find other ways to satisfy what is important and, therefore, the old behavior falls a bit like a ripe fruit.

It's an interesting dimension that brings a lot in terms of communication.

3. Resource mobilization


Another axis of the NLP is devoted to the quality of interior life, which will be called more globally the resources. The resource state is a state that allows you to give the best of yourself to a given situation. Each has hundreds, maybe even thousands of resource states. On the other hand, when a person is under stress to go for an exam, they are not equipped to pass this exam in the best conditions.

In the work of resource states, the first step is to be more vigilant about this quality of life, that you want to live inside of yourself. You can identify, be more aware of factors that will promote this quality of life. You will find that you can feel good, not necessarily because people are smiling at you or because the weather is nice, but because you finally have a grip on your internal states that is much larger than the average person.

By taking a step further in the management of resource states, you will be able to help a person out of issues such as phobias. For that, you will not go through the mind, but change the internal state. This reveals one of the important aspects of NLP : it is common to think that to change a behavior, it must first be analyzed and understood. In fact, not always: sometimes understand, it's a bit like pulling on your shoe laces to take off the ground. That is to say that you have understood, it is always after you realize that you could have done otherwise. In the emotion of the moment, you have had an inappropriate behavior (it is the mind that expresses itself), but it is stronger than you. When you are able to take a step back, you return to a more successful internal state and discover that you have other options.

The level of being :


We can say that there is a correlation between your level of being, your quality of life, the confidence you can have in yourself, your perception of yourself and your ability to give attention, concentration , vigilance, listening. When you come home from work after a rough day, for example, you may not have the same level of availability to your children as if you were in high energy.

Fortunately, there is an endless growth between the quality of life you can develop and the perception you have of events. What you learn from NLP is that internal resources are ten times, a hundred times, a thousand times greater than you'll ever need.

You have all the resources you need to deal with all situations, as long as you know how.

Becoming gradually receptive to resource states and what awakens them allows you to gain greater sensitivity to the world of emotional states. Every emotion has a meaning and a fragrance.
