Great video, very helpful. Had some similar experiences with my father too. Letting go of the control and dealing with it really makes life much better.

It is so important to know when and how to let go of something that is not serving you in a positive way. But sometimes it is really hard to do when we don't want to admit that something is not what we want it to be, especially with relationships.
It's very true! Admitting it is the first step, but the hardest!
