Are these chemtrails? An unusual flight over Poznan.

According to one of the epoznan portal readers. Vulcanair P68 has been "quite detailed" over Poznań and its surroundings for a long time and the flight is on average about 1.5 km. What do you think? Is it dangerous for us or just Training flight?
