A lesson in Coaching: Glasses to see your reality
All change begins by realizing that our truth, our way of seeing and doing things, may not be the only valid way to do it.
Discovering with what "glasses" you filter your own reality (eg the glasses of fear of rejection, failure or abandonment, glasses of arrogance or fear of losing control, for example), is the starting point from which, with humility, one can give oneself the opportunity to advance towards other places hitherto unknown.
The foundations of teleological coaching are based on the being and the purpose.
Thus, the coach tries to help the coachee to identify his "BEING", those glasses with which he sees reality and, with his eyes on the future, accompany him to achieve his purpose, or "PURPOSE" through the action and responsibility.
So far, all my experiences related to the concept of coaching have been based on these aspects: discovering what makes a person approach their BEING, and help them achieve their goal or END through actions.
