While it is true that we only have one life some people still fail to grab the enormity of that Statement. Living a life of Impact should be priority, but sadly some still let themselves get drowned by every doctrine that society has set.
If You realize how quickly dead people are forgotten, you will not live your life to please anyone.
The need for societal approval has always been a disruptive factor in the world wide Dreamsphere, and this need has manifested itself in various forms and shapes. There are tons of excuses that people give themselves on why they should not pursue their dreams
Too Old (Or Young)
This is an excuse that has been used by Humans for ages. People use age as a deciding factor of when and how to pursue their dreams.
Harland Sanders founded Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) when he was 65 years old. That is the normal retirement age for Civil servants in some countries
There is a level of understanding he had that made him start a company when his age mates were going through brochures of Golfing Courses where they Intend to spend most of their time after retirement
Busy
This is an excuse that is also popular, some people are so busy doing other things that they keep postponing their dreams, then after a while they fall back and use the " I am too old for this" excuse
ln our chase for currency, we often forget that Legacy is the most Important thing. So you need to make out time for who you really are because that is wha the world is actually waiting for
Technology

But what is impact? Some people are so concerned about having to make a major contribution to the world and change it in such a profound way that they end up missing out on enjoying life. In their end of life years when they fail to make such a grand achievement and realize instead of living their life they tossed it away.
While dreams are important to have. There are other impacts and faucets in life that can take president over them. I know quite a few people who gave up on their dreams as something far more meaningful came into their lives.
I do agree we should never let excuses being the reason for not trying to move forward in life. For either working towards our dreams or something else just as meaningful, we find ourselves happening upon.
Thats why it is Important to do what you love. if you can do that you will have fun while building your dreams at the same time. People who just work for the sake of it or just money will end up miserable.
Money cannot buy Hapiness.
