You can not have every day your best day

Sometimes you get up and you feel it, the day will not be like yesterday, the day will drag on your strength and it will be hard.

I am sure that each of you have days when things are not going as you would have liked them to.

Maybe it's the restless sleep. Maybe the restless sleep is due to something that preoccupied you the day before.

Sometimes we know it and sometimes we just don't know.

But there are sometimes these certain days, they are so because out of nowhere.

The day is here, the day is bad and it is annoying.

Such days are then not quite easy. You just want such days to pass quickly, just to pass before much damage occurs.

You still try your best but it doesn't work as it should.

You do your work but it doesn't work as you wanted it to. But as if that wasn't enough, things happen that shouldn't happen at all.

You talk to people, they misunderstand you, although you only meant well.

You do something, but it goes wrong.

I am sure you certainly know what I mean.

Everything goes wrong...

Everything is annoying...

The day is annoying...

Extremly.

Sometimes you have this feeling, which these days give you, this feeling, which you have in such days, this bad feeling...

The circumstances that this bad day brings with it are then also often about to ruin many things. You have to hold yourself together. Try to stay calm. Try to survive the day somehow without much harm...

You know, no matter how much you give your best, it won't be enough, not even to a certain extent.

These days, you certainly know that from yourselves, are really no fun.

Whenever I have such days, I do what I absolutely have to do, my obligations and try to have as little contact with people as possible. I then try to listen to a lot of good mood music or take long walks, preferably even on the Rhine or somewhere in the park or forest. It does me good.

But that's not enough, that does not work, that does not give what it should.

Your thoughts aren't with you either, your concentration isn't working properly, and it's like there's a fog in your head.

You just want this day to end as quickly as possible, and you want to forget it because this day was not productive, did not enrich you, and was pointless.

But the next day, when you wake up and feel better again, when you know that it's over, you know, when you look back at the day before, you know that it is human if you sometimes don't function properly.

Nobody is perfect and it is totally OK,

You can not have every day your best day.
