Energy Doesn't Lie But our Perception can be Skewed...

I believe trusting the vibes we sense around others is a good indicator of when there is ease or resistance or red flags in a situation. I do think it is good to keep in mind though, that our own mind’s focus shifts very quickly in response to outside stimuli in ways that effect our moods which effect our energy, so others like ourselves, may not always be of the same vibration in which we are experiencing them in that moment. Just the fear of appearing inadequate can trigger vibes into not exactly calm but far from ill-meaning. So I guess it’s important to know what we are looking for and being mindful what energy we ourselves are putting forth. 💜❤️💚
