Best Time of the Year

Everywhere especially at shopping malls and city center, Christmas trees, tons of decorations and lights are up. At night, its a vista of a spectacularly lighted wonderland. The city council and business corporations have pulled up all the stops and lighting the city with memorable showpieces.

Some sections of roads are closed to vehicles so that people can walk around to admire and enjoy the beautiful decorations. Inevitably, parking could be hard to find especially if we try to get as close to the action as possible.

It's already like Christmas. The kiddies had such fun looking at the lights, taking rides on the carousel and over-decorating gingerbread stockings with all kinds of sprinkles and icing. The kiddo agreed that the play date with his friends was awesome especially since he got to stay up later than his usual bedtime.
