Quick update// 100518

We moved into a new home at the beginning of the month, and I need to keep reminding myself of that. I keep feeling like I've been rejecting all my friends and I haven't been putting a real effort in, but in reality, we just moved and things are still really unstable and unorganized. Plus we have a roommate, she's nice, but she's a little crazy & I don't really know how I feel about her yet. Once I figure out my feelings about her, I'll be able to know if I want to invite over company or not.

I just feel like I've really isolated myself, but maybe that's for the best. After all, I do need to work on myself as a person, there's some things I want to fix, so maybe not having distractions is really what I need right now.

The only people that I end up spending time with are my boyfriend and his two kids, don't get me wrong I love them and I love spending time with them, I just feel like I need some more people my own age in my life right now. Here's a picture of the kiddos, River does such a good job helping with his sister. He loves her and it's so cool to watch them interact with each other.

Thankfully my best friend in the whole world lives in the next town, which isn't that far from me, my other bestfriend is busy often, but he still takes time to check up on me and we do see each other every week or two.

Anyways, to wrap up this post, I walked by the house that I grew up in last week, and the vines on the side of the house were amazing! I planted them with my mother only months before we moved out, and they've taken over the whole half of the house. Incredible to see. I get to see my mom this weekend, and that makes me excited. I love her, she's the greatest.
