This 30-story building tower in New York is designed by the Italian architect, Renzo Piano. In this design, points of interest such as history and character of the neighborhood architecture have been taken into consideration. In fact, the building has a total of 115 residential units including 4 bedrooms, duplexes and penthouses. Each of the units has wide windows and a great visual connection with the city.

In addition, the project has amenities for residents such as a swimming pool, fitness center, parking, private storage and commercial media at the ground floor.
