Those who have the power to rule certain group of persons should not forget that they were among the people and are chosen by the people to lead them and not just lead but lead them the right way, when you become a leader try your best to be a leader rather than a dictator. This is where most people fail, you try to dictate for people which I consider morally wrong. In making decisions you have a group of law makers who will speak for you and for the people and come to an agreement but when you decide to take decision alone it is not proper. In marriage you don't have to take decisions alone since you are no longer living alone, sometimes women contribute in decision making most of the time and the decision that women make are mostly 90% successful. Any man who wants to succeed needs a good companion. This applies also in relationships, here is my friend who has helped me in decision making and I am 90% success whenever she says something, even if I feel what am saying is the best. Listens to other a times.
this is my opinion, i am open to comments, contributions and corrections.

I think it's wise to listen to others and take their advice. Especially if their advise is mostly spot on. I also believe there are many times when you have to go with your own heart.

So true, some people are good at making decisions, Sometimes even if you think what your about to do is right you still need someone to help you decide. Some people take decisions perfectly without anyone's help

Any man who wants to succeed needs a good companion

I wouldn't mind having you as one, if you are not taken.

Rulers around the world don't listen to the people, they make decisions on behalf of the people based on their own discretion whether it befits them or not.

Among the Sustainable development goals, gender equality is one of the them . Where every woman decision should be heard and everything that affects the society in general. Either in marriage or relationship, discussing issues and accepting opinion before taking decision will go a long way
