After the ban on Myanmar, only after coming to Bangladesh to see the situation in Rohingya, the United Nations special envoy to Myanmar (Reformer) Yanghi Lee He is coming to Dhaka on Thursday for a seven-day tour tomorrow. This is his second visit to Dhaka in a year after February last year.

Senior officials of the Foreign Ministry said in the first light on Monday, that the big part of the visit of Yanhhai Li will visit Rohingas camp in Cox's Bazar. Foreign Minister Abul Hasan Mahmud Ali and Foreign Secretary Md. Talk to Shahidul Haque. Besides, he will also talk to concerned parties in the process of solving the Rohingya problem.

The Rohingyas were supposed to go to Myanmar this month to see the latest situation. But in the second half of December, Myanmar brought allegations of bias against him. Myanmar's permanent representative in Geneva told the three-Lynn UN Human Rights Council that in the context of the statement given by Yanghi Li in July, she will no longer cooperate. The Myanmar government called the report as biased. In that report, Yanhhai Li said that the situation in which he saw Rohingyas in January has not improved; Rather the situation is more complicated.

In June 2014, Yanhhai Li was appointed as special UN ambassador to Myanmar's human rights situation. According to the rules, he visits Myanmar twice a year every year. In October 2016, he visited the country in January and July in view of Myanmar's security forces operations on Rohingyas in Rakhine. In mid-February, he visited Bangladesh and visited Rohingya in Cox's Bazar. March last year extended the validity of Yanhhai Li for another year.

UNICEF representative in Bangladesh, Edward Beigbeed, said in a statement yesterday, "The terrible human condition created in the past can have a more serious form in the cyclone and monsoon season. Hundreds of millions of children live in horrible environments. They are at risk of flood, disease, landslides, and displacement in front.
