I GOT THE COURAGE TO WEIGH MYSELF

I weigh in at 160.2. It’s a number I can accept because of the power of fasting. It had been 2 weeks since I documented my weight. I am feeling more excited and optimistic about the future and the weight loss journey that I am on.

Looking back, I do believe the carbs played a huge role on my mental health over the last week. Day 3 energy is flowing! My goal is to hit 24 hours dry. The last few days I have had no energy to work out but that has changed today!

I recommend to cut liquids close to bed time so it does not interrupt sleep.

It’s so interesting that fasting is so much more challenging now. I lost the intentional aspect of meal times and I want to get back to that.

I wanted to experiment with CBD while fasting and I did notice intense relaxation. My face feels numb and I probably won’t work out today because I don’t have enough energy. My dry fast also ends early.

I’m 68 hours fasted and I am feeling intense hunger. I no longer find it enjoyable to look at food while fasting.
