This morning I woke up with a horrible headache and remembered to check out this video that someone recommended me to watch some time ago.
It's funny because my headache is still going on but after watching this video it has reduced quite a bit instantly!
Next time you have a headache try it yourself and see if it would work for you.
In the meantime I've taken 400 mg of Nurofen and continue to drink water so hope I'll be ok.
