Stay in now
Try and go easy on yourself and stay in the present moment as much as you can, don’t go into the future or in the stories of the past and take the path of least resistance. Just think about what you will do for the next hour and then the next...it would be eazier and without stress....
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Take little baybi steps and breathe.
