Life coaching and spirituality is big, buzzy business these days with many purporting to be experts when they are blatantly not. A self proclaimed guru should be given the swerve and, as my spirit guides say: Beware the False Prophet. Each of us owes it to ourself to examine our beliefs, many of which we are spoonfed since birth, and to cultivate free thought. A free spirit operating without fear is a fierce proposition xox
