How do you know that you don't know how to meet a girl / boyfriend? Get rejected, consider your behavior from the outside and find shortcomings. How to determine that you are not getting results? Your colleagues use you, they constantly ask for help at the expense of your time, you do not concentrate on the main thing.

In the end, by the end, how to get rid of complexes? Change your style, don't be afraid to act (dance at a party, sing with friends, invite a girlfriend / boyfriend on a date). Each example shows that you need to not limit yourself and broaden your horizons.
