In Hungary there is a wonderful teacher, whom every child really loves. She doesn't give math lessons, nor mandatory reading for summer. Just simply want every child to feel good during the summer holiday. It would be worth every teacher to follow this method. Here is the list of tasks for the schoolchildren.
Taste a food that you have not eaten yet! Write how did it taste.
Dance in an unusual place! In the rain, on the top of the table!
Look at the sunrise and the sunset at least once!
Stay awake on an August night for a long time and count the shooting stars!
Lay down outside, and do nothing! Only gaze the clouds and listen to the silence.
Laugh, laugh, laugh! Don't mind if your belly hurts! Maybe you will forget what you laugh at, and others also begin to laugh.
Play board games with your friends. Now you don't have to hurry anywhere.
Learn something new! No, not school lessons, but any other things you have always been interested in. Try a new sport or a new instrument! Learn how to make unusual and unique bracelets, try to build a house of cards, jumping rope, roller skate or baking muffin.
Be a tourist, even in your homeland. Discover the hidden treasures of your town or village and take photos of them as a real tourist! Send postcards to your friends!
Go to a market and look around!
Make an experience diary, illustrate it with photos and drawings!
Have fun while fulfill the homeworks. I'll Strictly request them in September!
