I completely agree with you, @nancybriti. An old song said: "Sweet is doing nothing". Leisure isn't necessarily stultifying, as some say. Reading (for pleasure), watching a good film, walking, sharing with a partner, family and/or friends, practicing meditation and contemplation... are practices that nourish us spiritually and bodily, and, therefore, necessary. Unfortunately, in my country (Venezuela) some of these activities have become difficult to carry out as we wish and we are often impelled to respond to the weight of obligations.

That's right. It's true. Unfortunately, in Venezuela we can't afford to take a break. We have to look for money in order to feed ourselves and survive. However, we must make the attempt to unplug ourselves, for our peace and mental health. Greetings
