MY FRIEND, MY DESTINATION, MY FUTURE AT STAKE
So many people have always failed to answer this simple question: Who is your friend? Or is this person a good friends? From the outside, the answer always looks like yes, but the inside always says that something is missing. That particular thing could be hard to explain but just expressing the feeling of emptiness. Students, neighbors and families normally confuse these terms and tend to take every person as a friend. Back in schools, we had both good friends and class friends (colleagues), both were called friends but no one could say colleague. At the end of the day, each person would always be in companion with his best while moving or sharing snaks together.
The ideal is that we do not openly tell that this particular person is a friend but in fact pretend to act more friendly to that person. Some courageous people tempt to make it open which also turns not appropriate. Well, which among those two options could be better? Practically, it is our responsibility to know the essence of that particular friendship. There is a need for everyone to truly discern the dots in that relationship. Is it because you do excel well in class? Or because I want to get something from you? Or just to help you? Or else to worsen you? Some relationships could not be as peaceful as we think but stressful instead.
What do you base in choosing a friend?
On personal opinion, there is nothing like magic and there is always a reason behind any relationship. Well, we sometimes find ourselves in love with someone or being loved and more friendly to someone but still, at the end of the day, there will be a reason which could push that particular person to do so. I would say that my personal interest of choosing a friend is based on two principles: either to learn something from a person or to teach and support that particular person. The reason is that I really do not find any reason to sit from morning to evening without having something new from a friend or atleast helping him/her in some other ways.
A friendship with no support and complementarily has no use and no one could say that all he/she knows, the other one also knows it. As still in my early twenties, I saw a number of young friends that messed up with their lives. Some did choose to test clubs, girls, parties and indeed chose friends that were more passionate about that. Still, some few others chose those guys that were more passionate about learning and discoveries, starting new projects and learning some new skills. Both sides were on me and I had to choose the best place and position to be.
Life could lead us to great success and best achievements but also we can also turn to a great loss and family burdens. Imagine being send to school and all you can do is to act unresponsively, being expelled and may be having psychological problems. Show me your friend, and I will tell you who you are. This old say seems real and important lessons to the actual generation. Some of us never made life serious since our childhood, some never even took any single responsible action but in all, we should know that we are the first victims or beneficiaries.
Any one can define a friend on his own way or consideration. We all run for the most promising or outstanding guy but forget to discern the kind of person he is. He could be fun, amazing, intelligent, crazy, and influential but still it doesn’t matter for the best friend chose on a friend’s description. Remember, as a friend, you will have to learn some of his habits, principles, mistakes and languages. Would they be good for you? Or just worsen your personal being. If there could be a change to human existence, then that change is not far from the closest person.
