Hello dear friends of steemit, thank you for being present on my blog and accompanying with reading my post. This is an adaptation of the story of "Yací And his Doll". Navigating the web crosses me with this beautiful story, it speaks of an indigenous girl who one day found a strange object and in that situation will describe something incredible, a beautiful story that begins like this.

In the land without evil of the Guarani, on the side of the river Paraná settled a village of natives, in it lived a girl with its parents called yvoti, a very humble indigenous community coming upstream near Brazil.

At that time the Paraná River was the only way of communication, it was very common to see people from different communities pass, one day passed a boat with Spanish colonizers, from him was a strange object for the community, later it would be known that It was an ear of corn.

This object was seen floating in the river by the girl yvoti, took the trouble to continue until reaching the river bank, it was something that had never seen in his life, this rare object I draw your attention, the sheath that Covered something inside, the hair he had inside and the intense yellow of his heart.

From the first moment he saw it, he fell in love with the object, with his hand made handcrafts I create a beautiful doll that I call Avatí and from that day they became inseparable, as do the great friends.

The father was a brave hunter, he was in charge of providing food for his people, the mother took care of the home, taking care of the children and getting wild fruits of the forest, for this reason yvoti was alone all day in company Of his wrist.

The only day the family was gathered one day was Sunday, her mother used to wash her clothes, and she was the eldest daughter, her mother came to help with the household things, while she went to the river to wash the clothes.

His mother came back and found everything the same, and I tried to play with his wrist in disregard of his mother's orders, seeing the disobedience of his daughter, the poor woman was very angry, as all mothers after a while He was angry.

Every Sunday was the same situation, her mother asked for help and the girl yvoti did not even listen to her mother's orders, returning from washing clothes, everything was just as messy, the mother had a lot of patience but the attitude of the girl Was surpassing.

So it was that once again on a Sunday her mother asked for help again without getting it, tired of asking for help and getting it, to frighten her threatening to remove her wrist, she wanted to see the reaction of the girl if she reconsidered.

Yvoti knew his mother, when he was angry he was able to do anything, so he decided to hide his wrist so that his mother did not remove it, at dawn was walked to the shore of the river Parana, one day saw the iguana hid under Ground their eggs to protect from looters.

This gave him the idea of ​​how to hide his wrist so that his mother did not destroy it, when arriving at the river under a big timber tree began to make a pose and placed inside its small doll and covered it with earth again.

Finally, she returned home much more calmly, knowing that in that place her mother would never find her doll, when she arrived, her mother ordered to do some tasks and the girl did very well for not having any distraction, a few days passed and arrived the Rainy seasons.

At that time of the year it was very common for it to rain every day for several months, the poor girl thought of her wrist, but it was impossible to leave her hut by the torrential rains, finally the rainy times passed.

When the sun rose, Yvoti first went to look for his wrist, he was surprised when he arrived at the place where he buried his wrist. Several plants had come out and there were many dolls in them. He ran in search of his parents to see The beautiful doll plant that had grown up.

Thus came the Avatí plant which means in Castilian corn to the land without evil of the Guarani.
