RE: Can cell phones really cause cancer? NIH researchers confirm link : Pittsburg
"Sometimes a school or small business is poisoning its own environment without knowing (happens a lot)."
Are you able to explain this more at all? How are they poisoning their own environment? By the chemicals they use on site?
And what it is that you have done to your home to make it safe... I'm always interested in that! : )
As far as the corruption, the cover ups etc. (what ever you like to call it or not call it) I'm not at all surprised. Not at all. Just confirms for me more of what I think I know. I think anything to do with Monsanto would be scary!!
@jayclar30, about a week ago, my last living uncle died. I was on Steemit, but not really leaving my usually detailed comments. It was a difficult time.
Since Steemit's a public domain, I use my personal processor for my first drafts. Once I feel comfortable with the piece, I cut and paste my final draft into Steemit's processor.
I'd already started my reply to you, so I didn't anticipate too much more effort. When I read it through, I remembered why I wait and take my time with the replies. I was crossing the confidentiality line. I am a parent, so I always have to consider if something is worth the risk or not.
I try to give citizens the most information that I can to ensure that their homes have the cleanest air possible. Let's just say that some of my co-workers have been to my house. We purify my home's air, and keep the air circulating, not stagnate (airtight windows can be overrated). We have a humidity register and check the pollen and UV ratings for my town each day (pollen is present in my state during our long, snowy winters).
Talking to you has been refreshing. It's easy for me to cross the line because you actually know what the heck I'm talking about. I'm going to end this with the bit that is intriguing, but short of the confidentiality line.
I can legally say, sometimes there's an X-factor. I have been the catalyst for one of those X-factors, at the time I didn't know (and couldn't have known). I will go to my grave knowing that a certain company will forever be at a loss of "something." I can go to my grave knowing that I accomplished something near impossible. There was an equalizer.
So I TOTALLY scrapped the first draft of this reply. I keep reading this current draft over and over, and not for grammatical errors, but for safety. I do hate that we aren't chatting at some small cafe where I could be more open--that's the one flaw of the internet, zero privacy. I think you would be elated to know that even a huge company like Monsanto crosses the confidentiality line and gives Mother Nature and her supporters space and opportunity to make a change. :-)
Hmmm...this draft seems safe enough.
POST.
I'm really sorry to hear of your uncle. No you are very right, it certainly isn't worth the risk and I would never ask you to share anything you think you shouldn't.
How do you purify the air and is it enough to just have clean air while at home? Is it one of these things that reducing your exposure makes a difference to your overall health? Is pollen bad? And if so why?
I'm not sure what the X-factor is but I gather you have done well in bringing someone down without knowing it but it was a good thing that you did by doing it? Coffee would be great, if only we weren't on opposite ends of the world!
Faraday cages are great for protection but they're not really practical. I know you can get paints, films, silver lined curtains etc but they are all very expensive (but what cost can you put on your health I suppose!) but that's only useful for your own 4 walls, it doesn't help with having to "live" outside your 4 walls.
Big things are starting to happen in the EMF world... I know some things atm that I'm unable to share too... I'm just crossing my fingers that the momentum continues. Since all the results have come out on the NTP study, things are getting interesting. : )
@jayclar30, Faraday Cages are helpful.
