Vibrational level and positivity

What are positive statements you can use when you're talking to yourself or when you talk to others? Get creative! Make up positive statements for yourself or others. It's a great way to begin creating positive feelings! You can write down what you're grateful for and be thankful for it every single day of your life. Every time you're around people, make a conscious decision to be more "generous."


One way of projecting positive vibration is through your writing. Try practicing creating a dream sequence or writing something positive in your journal. You can also place a picture in your journal that represents a positive thing. This creates a change in your vibration and helps boost your energy up. Another way of elevating your vibrational level is to involve yourself in activities and areas where your energy is appreciated, meaning you receive positive energy, and your vibration is increased. This will build up your happiness and joy all the time. This is the best way to raise your vibration level.

Vibration is not a matter of "doing" or "getting" – vibrations just happen because you are a conscious being. There is no you – there is only vibration. It is what it is. You are free to increase your vibratory state any way you see fit – as long as you don't deceive yourself about what that entails. Try out different techniques and find out what works for you.

You can also amplify your happy thoughts and emotions by meditating on positive words, ideas, and thoughts. For example: Be happy with everything you have, with your body, with your friends and loved ones, with the Earth, with the Sun, with everything in your surroundings. Be able to use that state of mind every single time that you hold the happiness thoughts. Notice that I said "this" energy. Remember that you're going to use that energy in your daily life. If you place negative thoughts into your mind, that negative energy will leave your body. Therefore, making a habit of projecting positive energy is a great way to build a positive consciousness.

Another way is to constantly open your heart to the world around you. Trust in this world, have faith in the universe, and realize that everything is connected. Another way of increasing your vibration is to practice simple life skills: music, art, dancing, giving, generosity, laughter, love, simplicity, kindness, all that kind of stuff.


Also, do this in your meditation practice: focus on the energy of your breath going out and in. What thoughts start popping up? Are they a distraction or are they the clear mind? Do they leave a trace? If they don't leave a trace, then your mind is busy scanning the environment and focusing on negative energy. Focus on the energy of breath.

Once you become good at this, you'll begin to put extra focus on those moments of surrender when you are in a state of peace, openness, gratitude and love. As a result, you'll feel better and better all the time. And if you really try, you'll begin to find yourself improving as well.
