Little does he know how cold and wet it is outside. He sees the fluffy white snow and the girls walking around, he wants to go out with them.
This little man is getting ready to walk, he's already standing on his own and takes a few steps occasionally. He could walk if he wanted to, but he's not ready in the head yet. Any day now!
