How to Protect Yourself from the Equifax Leak - Identity Theft

Here is another great reason to ditch the current models in favor of cryptos - with cryptos, you don't have to provide all your details to every single vendor on the face of the planet. And it's only government regulation that makes it so you have to spill all your details... Another reason to replace government functions with cryptos!

Anyway, I’m assuming you’ve heard about the Equifax hack. In case you don’t know how to protect yourself, the best way is to request a credit freeze from the 3 bureaus (details at bottom). I had to try the Equifax freeze twice before it let me do it. So, keep trying until you get through. Make sure you save the PDF confirmation they give you.

Also, you can unfreeze your account and freeze it back up again when you need it!

Equifax has been devious to try and prevent you from requesting it, so read details below.
