Who is the most knowledgeable person in our beautiful world and why he got this wise person's respect?

I don't know anyone that fits that description. Of cause, there could be someone out there who's very knowledgeable in his field. Examples are professors and nerds.

That said, it isn't possible for someone to know everything about everything. The world encourages specialization. Because it makes things efficient. Rather than everyone trying to understand everything, some learn engineering, others learn medicine.

However, these people (the ones who are well learned in their friends) are very much respected. Stephen King is respected a writer. Albert Einstein is respected as a scientist. Steve Job is respected as an inventor.
