Do you ever watch kids just 'bust a move' at their heart's content? No shame. No guilt. No worries. I think that's the way to be and so, when the moment strikes, beat playing in my ear, I let go of my fears and just let the music flow through me!
💓 Fear for what other people think about us is deeply rooted into our psyche but like I always say, we can't know what someone could possibly think about us, so it's really just a waste of time and energy being afraid of what judgement we may (or may not be) receiving!
