Judge Not

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: — Luke 6:37 (KJV)

The Christian race is a personal one and the greatest relationship we can have is that which is intimate and personal with God. There's a place for corrections or rebuke, but we are not permitted to judge ( draw a logical conclusion of) people's behaviors. God has not given us the authority to judge, but preach redemption to everyone, no matter the level of mess they find themselves. Let us correct and rebuke, but not allow hatred to creep into our hearts.

Judgment leads to condemnation. It's not possible to judge without finding a fault! This is why we should let God be God in people's life. If you met out punishment to people, even in your heart, you have condemned. No one is authorized to condemn anyone, no matter what is involved.

Also, we must forgive. Don't relate with people based on their attitudes towards you, but through the love of Christ in you. It's important to let go of any hurts in our lives. Let Christ showers His peace in our lives.

He that judges is vulnerable to judgment. He that condemns is subject to condemnation. He that forgives not shall not be forgiven. This is the gospel, let's walk in it.

Let's pray. Loving Father, thank you for your mercy upon us all. Please empower us to forgive people that hurt us. Let every spirit of judgment, condemnation or hatred be cast out from our hearts, in Jesus's name. Amen. Have a blissful night.
