You may already have an extensive business plan and if you do then refer to it often. If you have one then I'm sure you have done your SWOT analysis and will have strategies in place to work around those issues and capitalise on the business's existing strengths. Good luck with it, but then again, we all create our own luck so it's going to come down to having a great business plan I suppose.
