They currently sell three models, two old ones, and one brand new (the one I bought).

The two old ones are cheaper and one uses coffee powder, the other, Nespresso capsules. The new model also can use capsules via an adaptor, but it was/is currently unavailable. Old models are also less modular, so I would encourage you to buy the new model unless you really want something really specific.

The NS Adaptor (nano model only)

It allows the nanopresso to use Nespresso capsules. Quite handy if you do not wish to come along with bags of coffee.

The Barista Kit (nano model only)

This one, punches double expressos or up to 120ml of coffee. It adds a larger coffee barrel, and also a bigger water reservoir (140ml).
