It is very tough to decide which is better private job or own business? these days it has became world wide question for youngster.To find a good job or start a business both are challenging. Challenge is not an issue for all but accepting challenge is not easy for all too. After schooling or degree courses there are only few persons who choose business first to start a career while 90% people searches job first, corporate job in fact. I can remember the exictement to search a job and happiness after getting first job and unbelieveable fun after getting first salary.

Currently i don't have any own business experience much but recently engaged myself in business after earned a big10 experiences of corporate job. I will try to explain why i have decided to start my own business? and why i left corporate job?

Why i left corporate job? and Why i have decided to start a business?

I had started corporate job in the year of 2008 as an accociate technician of Apple desktop and Laptop (Macbook). Before that i was doing part time job as an engineer of Microsoft OS devices and done certifications of windows servers too but got job in Mac OSx, yes!! it was first challenge for me and i accept it because i have to learn more about apple devices and its functionality hence ready to join the full time job in a Ltd. company. I can remember whole year i was just looking how certified technicians troubleshoot the issues of Apple devices and after one year i had a chance to sit and grab the ACMT (Apple certified Macintosh Technician) and pass with marks of 89%. I got first job in Capital of India means New Delhi and spent one year there then requested to owner of company directly to transfer in former capital of India Calcutta. I started career with a designation of Customer Support Engineer in Kolkata and left the Company after 9 successful year after getting a designation of Business development Manager. In total 10 year of experience i learned how to manage customer? How to bring business for company? how to manage team members? how to collect money after selling?.

It was the day when i felt that i am doing good for a company and getting less after giving my full efforts hence decided to leave it and i did it same day only because i never think twice for anything.

It is fact that i leave the job because i have 10 experience of corporate job and already understood the market and strategies. Please don't try to leave the job without getting any valueable experiecnce from it.. Corporate is a work place where a learner can learn a lot and can deploy it in own business. I know i will have some difficulties for short time but i know too that i will make up all in one shot. However it is strugging time for now.. but enjoying..

Corporate life vs Business life

Corporate life is wonderful with lots of sacrifies and business life has lots of money after giving lots of dedication. There is a limited time to work in corporate life and there is unlimited time to work for own business. The interest to work in corporate life could be limited but for own business interest will increase day by day and time to time. You can survive as a worker in corporate life but you can die after becoming a owner of a firm. However both life are challenging and good so everyone to touch both of them. It is fact that afte quiting job you can start business but after started business no one want to work as employee..

Grab experience then start own business..
