A close friend of mine once said these words to me:
~ Let your good sides be more than your bad sides.
~ Remember the good things people have done.
Today, I thought about these words and it felt like how to improve human relationships.
Let your good sides be more than your bad sides
I have friends that have influenced me positively and those I have made an impact in their lives in my own little way.
There is this particular close friend of mine that is kind,forgiving,has a warm aura and generous. She has done a lot of good in my life and now I find it hard to point to her bad sides. I still have gifts she gave me way back in our university days.
Even now, she sents me a message on Whatsapp or calls once in a while. I still feel the connection and warmth. She is someone I am glad to have met in this life.
Remember the good things people have done
When people fall out in relationships; be it friendship or dating,you tend to hear just the bad things those persons did.
What happen to their good deeds?Oh,you can't remember because you have parted ways.
Remember the good, people have done for you. Have a bigger view about life. Be openhearted and warm. Not stiff and cruel.

Invest in Your Relationships
Build better relationships with people,forgive easily,be cautious of how you use your words when angry. Invest deposits of kindness,love,
peace, good words filled with positivity then you can be able to withdraw such from people.
Let your good deeds be more than your flaws and errors.That why you can easily be forgiven for your flaws because of the large deposits of kindness and good deeds you have invested in your relationships.
Build A Good Reputation
Even here on Steemit, your reputation shows your valuable contribution to the community.
In your interactions with persons,have a good reputation. Let your good deeds speak for you.
There is a senior colleague of mine from the university on this platform. On his birthday, there were different steemians who made a blog post about his good character and good deeds.
This shows that he has built a consistent good reputation.Some of these things they talked about where the same good deeds and characters he exhibited while in the university.
He may have some flaws but his good sides have made it easy to overlook his inadequacies.
Develop better relationships today, build a good reputation.Do You!
