Goodbye Steem! For now...
...because I'll only leave you temporarily! Of course. Steem is the now and future.
For the next few weeks, I will be travelling to Indonesia as one of the guides of 36 high school students! We will be doing a variety of projects related to cultural exchange, refurbishment, education, health care, and nature. We have been preparing for this trip since November. We have collected sponsorship money to spend locally, by request of the different project leaders, e.g. school bags, bricks, food and medical supplies. As a group, we will bring around €20,000 to spend, with which, in West Jawa, Indonesia, a huge quantity of necessary materials can be bought for the people, or sponsor long-term projects. We will focus on cultural exchange, though, and hope to bring a positive ray of light for the people who often make do with very little...and the local people will definitely do the same for us.
See you in some weeks! The next article I'll be writing will be published then as well, which is log 2 of the Power Up Your Brain series.
