Listen to your brother
How many of us have rejected the wise advice of a brother or sister? If you have had to face the consequences of resisting the good advice of someone more mature, you are not the only one.
If your brother sins against you, go alone with him and let him see his fault. If he listens to you, you have won your brother. 16 But, if not, take with you one or two others, so that "all matters may be resolved by the testimony of two or three witnesses." 17 If you refuse to listen to them, tell the church; and, if even the church does not pay attention to it, treat it as if it were an unbeliever or a renegade.
18 I assure you that whatever you anoint on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
Lord, help me listen to spiritually mature believers.
