The healthier I get the more opportunity I see in the world, and the better I feel. The better I feel, the better I am able to treat those around me. A baseline of health is a prerequisite to many enjoyable things in life. I have been doing 10 sets of 20 pushups with 100 squats total a day for almost 2 months now, coupled with intermittent fasting and only ingesting carbs between 4pm and 6pm. I was doing 100 sit-ups; but my back was getting seriously messed up. According to my scale I have lost 8 pounds, and converted 4% fat to 4% muscle. I don't know how accurate it is, but I definitely feel better than I did during the holiday season. I have been in good shape before (my six pack was coming in), then I pulled both quadriceps and abductors in a jujitsu match and fell back into an unfit methodology! But now I am looking to get fit and stay fit. I'm all for a fitness challenge. Let's do this!
