After committing suicide, Roy, 18, was found near a compression pump that had filled the vehicle with carbon monoxide, in a Kmart parking lot in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
The court after reviewing the evidence and applied the law thereto, finds Michele Carter guilty on the indictment charging her with the involuntary manslaughter of the person Conrad Roy III.
Michelle Carter could now face up to 20 years in prison for having instigated Conrad Roy III death.
Michelle Carter then 17 urged her boyfriend Conrad to kill by bombarding him with dozens of text messages.
When Conrad had doubts, Michelle told him to get back in the car and do it.
